What is you body type and the features of it? (Pt.1)
There are 3 main types...
Ectomorph: They have a small body frame and very little body fat. These people generally look like tall and lean, with very less muscle mass. They find it very hard to gain weight or muscles and generally have a very fast metabolism.Ā
Mesomorph: They generally have a more muscular body or anĀ āathlete bodyā. They have a normal sized frame and generally have muscles. These people can gain muscles quite easily and have broad shoulders. They gain weight easier than ectomorphs. They generally have a fast metabolism.
Endomorph: Generally have a larger frame than both other body types. They gain muscles very easily. They gain fat very easily as well. They find it tricky to lose fat. They tend to be the weight lifters as they have so much muscle. They generally have a slow metabolism.

As a continuation of one of your other anons: I would think since Jaredās body & muscles are bigger than Jensenās, he would be called stocky too. And Iāve never seen a Jared girl complain about him being called stocky. Is it because Jaredās height makes him look leaner, and gives him a āmore desirableā body shape? Apologies for my English.
Jaredās height has nothing to do with him looking leaner, itās because heās an ectomorph: slight frame, small wrists, little waist, and thin ankles. Ā What do Jared and Victoria Secret models have in common? Ā Theyāre tall and only look skinny thanks to having the ectomorph body type but in reality, they are actually big people.Ā Brad Pitt is also an ectomorph, google āBrad Pitt Fight Club Workoutā, his body type and look has been go-to goal for the past 20 years.
Jensen is a mesomorph; medium frames of naturally muscular bodies that gains and loses weight easily. Ā Itās why Jensen doesnāt regularly lift weights and prefers aerobic activities like soccer because he is naturally muscular. Ā In contrast, Jared has to constantly work out to gain weight and keep muscles. Ā Itās why it amused me that AAs went apeshit over Jensen being called āstockyā and screech heās as lean as Jared because mesomorphs like Jensen won the genetic lottery when it comes to exercise and fitness, they have the best of both worlds.
Even when Jared gained a massive amount of muscles in season 5, some of that bulk is an illusion because smaller wrists and ankles make your arms and legs look more muscular, which is an advantage in bodybuilding where illusion is important.I think the AAs were upset because somewhere deep down they knew triangles are the most aesthetic shape:
small wrists = triangular forearmssmall waist = triangular torsosmall ankles =triangular calves
etc etc.Ā Ā Everything is about V taper in aesthetics. Ā Same for the female form in teddies (butt to waist ratio).
Compare teenage Jared and teenage Jensen at the same age when they started in the industry, even if they have the same body fat and muscle mass ratio, Jared looked like a string bean while Jensen looked stronger due to his medium frame compared to Jaredās slight frame. Ā Itās why peopleās reaction (including Dean Winchester) was of surprise when Sam Winchester appeared shirtless for the first time because we werenāt expecting to see hard, defined muscles. Ā I used to get the same reaction when I took my shirt off, with my shirt on people were going DO YOU EVEN LIFT?
When you see Jared and Jensen in real life their body frame is even more obvious. Ā
