Sensations rely on one another. What cannot be seen or touched can only be felt, what cannot be touched can only be seen or felt, and what cannot be seen or touched can only be felt. I look up into the night sky and I wonder what it would be like to run my fingers along a cluster of stars. Would it feel like tall grass brushing against me? Is it rough or soft? Could it be like grains of sand? If I walked through space would I get stars stuck in between my toes? Could I sink my feet into the universe just like wet dirt? If I could lay on a cosmic blanket would it be ice cold and hurt like pins and needles? Could I be frozen, fused, and fossilized into the universe? I can only pretend to know.
