Gale & Astarion welcoming their new baby into the world after Astarion endured a 3 day long labour 🥺

Man i am on fire with drawing today!

Anyways Had to do the meme cuz i feel in my heart this is the first words out of astarions mouth because when hes overwhelmed with emotions he reverts back to snarkiness

Then afterwards hed’ hug the lil man to his chest and not let anyone hold him until a couple hours later, just staring at the little ones face in wonder, in complete silence just observing and loving him. even gale whos permitted to touch cant fully hold him until much later haha

Gale the entire time is talking. Praising and showering both astarion and the lil one. He talks himself hoarse as he talks to his new born son. Well into the wee hours of the night as astarion gets some much needed sleep. Just talks and talks about everything theyre going to do together, about how he has the best aunts and uncles, how wonderful said baby is already. talking to the baby as if the little one understands his long monologues.

God i have so many headcanons about this my guys

I like to think that one of Astarions favorite activities is just dressing gale up and it so great when it comes to gales hair because gales a goddamn archmage and theres no way he cant grow and shorten his hair in an instant. So astarion just gets to try all kinds of hairstyles.

Professor dekarios has never looked hotter. Colleagues and students alike are dying everytime Astarion convinces gale to let him style him.

Astarion typically also likes showing up the same day to gloat at people that gales is his haha.

Gale reads the book aloud since astarion likes to listen to his voice as he falls asleep.

When Gale thinks astarion is asleep though he likes to narrate his thoughts along side reading the book and its all just him being all like
