Cosmo Update!
More undercut but TLDR: We redid bloodwork and he no longer has kidney disease or pancreatitus! Vet bill was 225 and we still have to do a dental cleaning and possible tooth extraction but he is in stunning health!

We went for our check up today like our vet requested. She wanted to rerun blood work because with both pancreatitus and kidney disease it would have been difficult to treat since they require opposite diets. But she was suspect that at least the pancreatitus was due to his constant vomiting (due to eating plastic) so she wanted to give his body more time to recover and retest and go from there.
Not only did we check is blood work we also did a urine test to have two tests for kidney health and function and! All three tests came back perfectly fine, not even elevated. So she thinks even the elevated kidney indicators was likely due to dehydration. Yay! No kidney disease!
She did recommend we stay with the vet fiber diet food for him and to at least mix it with a general senior diet. It is a possibility, considering he had been throwing up his other food, that he maybe had a build up of pancreatitus prior to the plastic incident. It would help keep it down.
For other recommendations she suggested (at my request) a supplement for dry skin and also to do arthritis shots. Given that he still moves around very well it isn't completely necessary but she recommended them. Right now I don't think I can afford those nor get him to a vet monthly for them so I will hold off on that. He still has full range and ability of movement, he's just a tad bit less confident than he used to be.
He also got all his yearly shots so the college should approve him as an ESA now yay!
The only other expense is that he will need dental work. My vet didnt suspect any necessary teeth extractions but there is one tooth that she cannot tell. It would require cleaning to see. They quoted me nearly 1k but she gave me recommendation and approval to go else where thats cheaper. I have family with farm animals that known people who will do cats much cheaper.
As always! Thank you everyone! I am so truly blessed to have all my friends in my life. His food and supplements are already paid for but, again, vet bills are just not something I can afford. I also got not great news i wont even have an income while in college. So any donations help!
Thats it for the update. Hopefully nothing else happens...
