                 he’s feeling a little fidgety today, not entirely sure why  --- could be the five cups of coffee, could be the two hours of sleep, might even be the barista who knew his name and complimented his rings earlier, who knows!  foot tapping loudly against the leg of his chair, he’s chewing his cheek.

         " you ever been to vegas? “   cosmo has a love / hate relationship with the place. his parents used to drag him to the strip once a week so they could hit the casinos, giving him a few hours to roam around. not a fan of people, or crowds, or the  smells,  when he was younger it wasn’t so entertaining. as a teen, though, there was nothing better.

       " i'm not very good at keeping things alive. plants, pets, anything. can’t tell you how many fish have floated on my watch. a friend of mine --- they’re uh.... witchy  i guess? they suggested naming my plants after friends. something about connected souls or energy or whatever, i don’t know, i’m not great at the spiritual shit. i got a bunch of succulents, cacti, that kind of thing. it’s been two months.
