headcanon that since Looey can't really *die* through popping he just has some packs of balloons in his room for when he does pop (Dyle brings more in when he can)

however sometimes they end up popping more than the amount of right-color balloons they currently have available so occasionally he just has a random ass color on his body instead of the usual color
