I am standing in a parking garage watching my friend Jacob trying to find a spot to park. This garage is rectangular shaped, has spots along all four walls, and one row of spots spanning through the middle of the garage. I see an open spot, but another car drives up to our floor at the same time. My first thought is that Jacob and this other man are going to have to race into the only open spot left. I am standing against one of the long walls. Jacob is against the leftmost wall, on my side of the middle row. The other car is also at the leftmost wall, but he is on the far side of the middle row. The open spot is in the middle row, towards the far right. Both cars start racing to the end of the row, but neither of them take the spot. Instead, they both begin to drift, and round the corner (I can still pretty clearly remember how nervous this made me, because I knew Jacob wasn’t a race car driver by any means. But they both made the drift successfully). So at this point, Jacob and the other man have switched sides. Jacob, somehow, has gotten turned around. So even though he is on the far side of the middle row, he is still facing the rightmost wall. He throws his car into reverse, and begins to speed towards the leftmost wall again. This time I understood that he was going to try to drift around the corner. Something went wrong with his drifting, and he ended up just making a 180, and crashed head-on with the leftmost wall. Tons of glass (His windshield, windows, mirrors) all shattered, and Jacob was a little beaten up also. The man form the other car and I run towards Jacob to make sure he is okay. I remember finding where I parked, and getting several towels out of my car to clean up the blood.
That is all I remember about this dream, except for the appearance of the other man after he got out of his car to help Jacob. He was a somewhat muscular (He wasn’t wearing a shirt, for whatever reason), aging (probably early 60s), darker skinned man. I have read that every person you see in a dream is a person you have actually encountered in real life. I think I remember his face was that of one of the workers I have seen several times at Costco.
