ねねにゃん朝ごはん。 コストコのマスカルポーネロール、ブルーベリージャム、牛乳、野菜ジュース。 2個食べる！って言ってたけど、1個半くらいでごちそうさまでした。 牛乳はよく蜂蜜いれてます。

伊藤園のビタミン野菜( https://amzn.to/2YNkEX0 ) は、1日分のビタミンがとれるらしいのと、子どもたちが好きでよく飲むのでAmazonで箱買い。 1日に1本まで飲んでいいことになってます。
