Now that it's all said and done and we can all speak freely, I would like to talk about the one unforgivable sin that has bothered me for years

and it's the utterly shoddy sewing of their costumes.

It astonishes me that their costume department thought this was acceptable in a professional production

I am supposed to believe this thin craft store cotton fabric is a camel hair coat?

Is there even any canvassing in the lapels?

THIS IS A VINTAGE CAMEL HAIR COAT DO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE?

If I turned this in as an assignment for a sewing class with the seams looking like that, the teacher would make me tear it up and do it again.

Like seriously this is just embarrassing 😵‍💫

Hey, Mandalorian costume designers, quick questions. While I'm absolutely thrilled that my girl is back and awesome as ever, why, when Togrutas montrals grow through their entire lives, are 45yo Ahsoka's montrals the same length they were when she was like 15yo? Why are they shorter than they were when she was in her 30s (Rebels) and even when she was 17 (CW S7)?? And why did the basic composition of the pattern change so much? I mean, yeah there's been quite an evolution there, but the tops always stayed the same and they've always been an increasingly elegantly chaotic pattern of equally blue and white as opposed to the mostly white with horisontal blue lines they are in Mandalorian. And why are her cheek and eyebrow markings that thin? They weren't even that thin and tiny when she was a baby, and only got more dramatic as she grew!
