Best products for skin with acne an scarring?
Hey Anon, sorry it took a bit for this reply. Ok, first for acne, tea tree has always been an amazing ingredient for calming and clearing my breakouts. You can find tea tree in just about any product type, from serums to night creams to actual spot treatments. I also think when I use Cosrx’s low ph good morning gel cleanser my overall skin’s appearance is more even toned and my acne decreases or is at least controlled. Cosrx as a brand in general has a lot of products that work for acne skin so check them out. You also REALLY want to pay attention to chemically exfoliating the skin as this will not only help with your current acne but also with your acne scarring. Talk about killing two birds with one stone! But this is unfortunately where I have to leave you because like I’ve said before, I myself am currently experimenting with new and different exfoliating products so I can’t confidently recommend you any. You can expect some good product recommendations and reviews in the future but not for quite awhile - it takes long to really get a feel for a product. But check out the Mario Badescu glycolic acid toner which I’ve heard great things about. Also, The Ordinary is known for their great products, many of which are aimed toward chemical exfoliation for a clearer complexion (I know deciem and urban outfitters have The Ordinary products online) . Again I am rambling, but I hope this generally makes sense and gives you some direction toward your skincare issue. Basically, try tea tree products - like one of my favorites here - and get a chemical exfoliant (a toner might be one of the easiest way to incorporate an exfoliating product into your routine, especially for chemical-exfoliant newbies). Tea tree & chemical exfoliation. Try one or both ideas out. I’m sorry I can’t ever seem to give a simple, clean-cut answer when someone asks for recommendations for a skin trouble but I think everyone needs to realize that there is never one answer for ever single individual out there. We’re all different and different products and methods work for different people, that’s why most of the time I prefer to recommend ingredients to look for or certain product lines/brands instead of specific products. The only way to see which product or method works for you is to try things out until you get into a groove of your own. If you want to cut to the chase and just get some products instead of looking around, I’d say just get the cosrx cleanser I mentioned and the acid toner by mario badescu to start, I’m sure you’ll see great results. Anyhow, good luck my sunshine anon, thanks for waiting patiently for the reply~ I wish you clear skin✨💗✨
