Resuming things with Liege Doomveil, we can see he's clearly made it to the Evertides and, so far...so good?
On this week's Liege Doomveil, it appears we've once again stumbled upon a fellow schemer who's been trying to scheme over our heads.
I don't want to get too presumptive on this week's update, but that sounds like a date, to me!
This week, Liege Doomveil sulks that he has likely gotten himself dolled up for, quite possibly, nothing.
I cannot express enough that even I, the writer of Liege Doomveil, get twisted on what the Duke's name and titles are because I did the joke too well.
Most of Sandra's stress is "I haven't shown up in 50-something pages after you wrecked my tower"-related. I'm sure we all remember the Duke who looks eerily similar to Liege, and are all relieved he's okay!
Cocktail Social, pages 1-5.
And that gets us all caught up on the comic - all 55 pages of it!
By the time this post goes up, I'll possibly have started the last chapter that I am banking on having completed for 2024, which will bring us up to 60 pages.
I don't know if Count Baron will ever return, but I can't rule it out.
