The weekend was for the boys, and Gabriel’s gang chose to head out to the strip club tonight rather than just going out to the sports bar like usual. The collage hunk was not  interested in getting a lap dance, atleast not from the girls his friends picked out to entertain their private booth. Gabriel had long knew he had been gay, but with his catholic upbringing and private schools he had kept his sexuality tightly under wraps even as going far as taking girlfriends occasionally to keep those who knew him from getting suspicious.

Tonight though, it was tough trying to fake interest. He’d much rather just get drunk than watch a girl shake her ass in his face. Though the occult theme of the club was rather interesting and the skimpy gothic outfits were interesting. As he looked around the club Gabriel’s attention was drawn to the main stage where a male dancer with a vampire theme was really working it. Now this was what got him worked up.

SHATTER! 

The sound was loud inside the lovely condo just three miles off the famed strip,  of the dusty, fast paced city called Las Vegas. Or rather.. Sin City, as it was affectionately referred to.  The name was sickeningly appropriate, Gabriel had thought, on more than one occasion.  The order sent him here often, for the amount of sleezy underworld riff raff that posed a threat to the fabric of society to be mowed down and kept to a minimum.

It was a dirty job, but some one had to do it.. 

 A sexy body with the measurement of 36 24 36 plopping down to the once pristine snow white carpet with a sickening thud, staining it a deep crimson that would never come out. 

The lovely picture window , that allowed one to see the mountainous landscape beyond the neon lights of the desert city,  had shattered outwardly from the weapon he’d thrown to sever her head from her shoulders.  A Succubus. A demon of sex and nothing but.  She’d even tried to seduce him! But that didn’t fair well for her. 

He’d no idea that she had yet to even sign on the line that was dotted for the upscale condo he’d busted in on.  The hunter knelt over her body with a sigh and motioned the sign of the cross, uttering a prayer in latin. 

Shaking his head, he collected the decapitated head by the hair. “ Should’ve quit while you were ahead, before you were a head. “ he quirked a brow. 

On the table, not far from the mess he’d made, the lease to the place that had just been renovated, what a shame.

                “You’d  better  arrest  me  then,  eh?  Before  I  TURN  ANY  MORE  HEADS….”  Copia  chuckles  lightly,  the  sound  far  more  awkward  than  he  feels  as  he  twirls  around  a  bit,  looking  down  at  the  slim  fit  of  his  pants.  Papa  could  be  called  many  things…but  fashionista  is  a  new  one!  He  hasn’t  always  been  so  ‘fashion  forward’,  preferring  something  classy  and  mildly  unremarkable  to  fill  the  background  of  the  conversations  of  the  clergy.  Nowadays,  it’s  all  glamor.  That  comes  with  the  job!  He’s  dressed  to  catch  the  eyes  of  the  crowd…and  he  has  his  audience  now,  doesn’t  he?  The  bold  sapphire  suit  jacket  shimmers  as  he  shifts,  throwing  dancing  flecks  of  light  across  every  surrounding  surface.  

                                                                  “You  don’t  think  the  pants  are  a  bit  too–much,  eh?  They’re  getting  tighter  each  time…”  He  may  or  may  not  have  given  his  hips  permission  to  wiggle...but  not  too  much.  Copia  has  to  keep  the  vampire  on  the  hook,  after  all.

She’s not Marilyn and she’s certainly not Jackie, but the Spanish beauty has found her place in American society. Vampirate

It was three days since the Interceptor set sail from Port Royal, under the command of newly appointed Commodore Norrington. By now, and according to navigation, they were approximately half way to their destination, but it would appear that neither the waning daylight nor the wind was on their side this evening, under dead calm conditions.

Yet, through the foggy conditions of hot air and calm cool waters the lookout spied a ship.  Calling out to the Commodore just as the man was about to head below deck for a late dinner.  Seems the commanding official would miss both lunch and dinner today. 

Telescoping spyglass in hand, Norrington could barely make out the motion in the thick fog on the waters.  He was unaware of any friendly ships in the area, especially this far out to sea,  Nevertheless, he too saw movement beyond the fog . 

James would not allow them to be sitting ducks, though perhaps they’d yet to be seen by the other ship.  For all he knew, they might possibly have the upperhand and he would not squander it.

“ Ready the guns..  but insist it be done as quietly a possible. Then wait for further instruction. DO NOT call attention to us. I want no misfire. ” He instructed the lieutenants.   He would not shoot at the other ship unless threatened first, of course.  or.. if a pirate flag could be seen.

The interceptor was a force to be reckoned with in her own right, two swivel guns and 16 canons among the artillery, but she could not match the Dauntless for power.  She was built for speed. -- which did them bloody good without much wind in her sails.

                         ( sweet innocent had lost track of how many songs they had waltzed together, their SWIRLING figures making a stark, INTERESTING pair in the ballroom. she was draped in yards upon yards of silk, the PALEST shade of pink, pearls shining on her throat &. nestled in golden curls. heiress had taken the requirements for a MASQUERADE to the barest minimum, a thin slip of sheer rosy ribbon the only barrier concealing her identity. of course, EVERYONE had been gossiping about the tall, dark stranger, nobody lucy questioned able to identify this particular gentleman. yet it had only been a matter of time before they met on the ballroom floor, as most men seemed IRRESISTIBLY drawn to the warm, FRAGILE beauty of lucy westenra. but now, looking into his eyes behind the mask, she is struck with the STRANGEST sense of familiarity, his gaze arresting ... HYPNOTIZING. angel has never been so AFFECTED by a presence so quickly, &. it intrigued her if not made her somewhat cautious. )

                         ( half-murmured remark is perhaps not MEANT for his ears at all, barely heard beyond the confines of full, parted lips. the longer their eyes meet, the more their surroundings fade into a world of PASTEL color &. shimmering CANDLELIGHT. music is a cacophony of noise, melding seamlessly with the CLAMOR of infinite conversations. yes, this is the sensation she feels ... DEJA-VU, a tingling at the back of her neck, breath INEXPLICABLY caught in her throat. emerald gaze is questioning, almost PLEADING for the secrets held in her partner’s arresting hold, instinctively AWARE to some extent his stare is one she has felt before. )
