I've been intrigued by your countdown theory ever since you wrote about it last year, but that edited poster really drives home how many characters have already died... reminds me of that B/C moment in S1 where he says "[some ##] dead" and she replies "[##] alive." I can imagine a call back to that in S7, perhaps while trading their own lives for others'. I hope they live, but I'm very excited to see how this all plays out.

I don’t know if I’m sticking with the countdown theory.

It’s an intriguing theory, and could work, but I think it would have had to see some of the delinquents die last season, and none did.

The IDEA of a countdown would be clever as a kind of long term structure for the story, but I’m not sure if it fits with the themes and the character development and the character arcs.

I hope they don’t do it, anyway, because then everyone would have to die and I don’t really want them to.

Tshifty strikes again. You know how we all thought Taylor was calling us her dumb babies at the iHeart Radio Awards for out countdown theory. Wrong, Taylor really meant bless their hearts because we were close but off. The countdown theory was a damn hint.

It’s been one month since I was devastated by the emotional trauma of the countdown theory and I just want to say this once, very clearly for those in the back, that my ego hasn’t and won’t ever recover.
