FACIAL GUA SHA: before & after. What an incredible difference it made for me today! 😍 Notice how much it softened my "11s", the frown/worry lines between my eyebrows (I must have been frowning in my sleep 😾), and how much puffiness it removed from my cheeks. Just look at my cheekbones! # I also felt some sinus drainage 👃🏻happening as I was doing gua sha this morning (watch my stories for a detailed tutorial, added to my facial gua sha highlight too). It is such an incredible technique that anyone can learn and use to see results in their skin after one session. Lymphatic drainage is so important for good health, but gua sha is an ancient tool used in #ChineseMedicine to help move Qi, and when done on the face it stimulates the numerous #acupuncture channels, especially Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Stomach, Gall Bladder, and Urinary Bladder. # I've done gua sha on my body for 5+ years, but it was only in the last year that my acupuncturist prescribed facial gua sha for some vision/eye 👁 related issues and to help with stagnation in several of the channels in my face.
