"Oh, do you have any suggestions?" She asked. "Uh, for the shampoo, I mean."

After a pause, she sheepishly added, "...okay, and for my diet. I'm a chronic snacker, I can't help myself!"

Still not used to that title....”

"Oh, a harpy! I've heard of them before, but I've never seen one..."

She looked down at one of her own chickens that she was holding in her arms. It clucked softly, eyeing the chicken harpy curiously.

"Then again, I also haven't seen another dragon like myself in a long time, or any other mythical creatures, honestly. So, it's very, very nice to meet you! I'm Annalise!"

A creature sat at the window in the dead of night, staring in. A massive paw rested against the pane, and the beast’s warm breath fogged the glass lightly. Red smears and smudges adorned the monster’s mouth.

In reality, though, it was just raspberry jam he’d gotten into from the nearby garbage can. He smushed his nose deeply against the window, sticking his tongue out. No brain cells. Got nothin’ in him brain.
