Who do you think fight more? Ron and Hermione? Or Harry and Ginny?
It depends on what you mean by “fight.”
Ron and Hermione definitely argue more often. They’re comfortable arguing with each other, it suits both of their personalities, they’re able to do it as an effective means of communication and of resolving disagreements. So you’re more likely to see Ron and Hermione bickering at any given moment, and you’re definitely more likely to see them fight in public. As for full-on shouting matches, or the kind of adolescent bulls*** not talking to each other stuff they pull in HBP, I think that becomes a lot less common as they grow up and become more comfortable with themselves, each other, and their feelings. In fact, I think they’re inclined to have arguments out whenever they come up because they don’t want a repeat of any adolescent bulls*** non-communication.
Harry and Ginny, on the other hand, fairly rarely argue. They’re actually pretty good at knowing what to say to each other and reading each other’s mood, and they’re just less likely to disagree in any particular moment than Ron and Hermione are.
But as for real fights? Hurtful comments, throwing things, shouting? Neither couple has those often, but Harry and Ginny have them more. Unlike Ron and Hermione, who have things out then and there, Harry and Ginny would rather not argue, and they would never fight in front of anyone--so things have a tendency to build up until they explode.
So Ron and Hermione have tiny spats all the time and when they’re over everything’s fine. Harry and Ginny have real, explosive fights that leave them both exhausted and needing to comfort each other.
