Courage tends to make big nests with wood as the exterior, and then completely covered in every soft thing he can find. Not always fluffy, but very cushy and soft.
Dust tends to actually dig a hole for his nest, which he then fully fills up with soft and fluffy crap he can find around. His feathers will also be scattered within it

A Sans who is menacing and dangerous, considered to be a bit of a legendary figure. He is known Solely as The Judge, and known for being merciless.
They live in a society where you had to complete a truth or dare within a specific time frame or you get punished- and that punishment was. . . unknown. But anyone who came back was never the same- always a lot more quiet, subdued, and clinically insane. Prone to insane levels of anxiety and a deep fear of any very light place or fully white rooms, as well as hearing voices and seeing hallucinations.
Plus, something in their SOULs absolutely recoiled at the thought of it. Nothing was worse than punishment. Nothing.
Eventually the truth option completely shattered, leaving only dares that got progressively worse as time went on.
Courage has singlehandedly killed more than half of the underground, including his brother.
His next task was to kill all of the underground, which would have turned him into a "Dust AU".
Except this time he just. . . couldn't bring himself to do it.
And then Error turned up and destroyed his AU- but couldn't find Courage.
That's when Raven swooped in (finding him in the Anti-void) and pulled him into his AU.
Courage got his nickname from Raven, and also his love of building things. He's mostly why the skeleton can't really stop doing work- Courage is too used to using his hands and just generally being active.
Courage is now considered an Outcode and has developed technology that allows him to jump across the multiverse from AU to AU.
