Link may fail at ruffling Ganon’s hair, but he does manage to surprise the Gerudo. The prince all but laughs, though, enjoying the good-spirited nature at his friend’s attempted. He crouches a bit, hopefully helping Link in the ‘hair ruffling’ department.

“I’m very happy you feel that way! I hope nothing was bothering you earlier though, if you ever need someone to speak with, know that I will always be there for you!” He’s not entirely aware of what entirely he’s implying, he just adores Link very much. He’s quick to pick him up, really he’s as light as a feather to him. His smile as big as it always is. 

“Do tell me! How was your trip? Did you see anything exciting?”

     “ AUUGH! ” Dammit! Outnumbered and surrounded! At the very least, his opponents seemed dumb enough that they couldn’t climb trees. The sword UNBREAKABLE lay wedged between two rocks not far from the small battlefield, out of the enemy’s sight, but also out of his reach. When Kubo’s weapon had been knocked out of his grip, he slowly accepted that he would have to take refuge in a nearby tree while trying to consider another plan.

      He needed to get higher. He needed to find a PERCH so that he could use his shamisen to distract the enemy so he could have the opening he needed to retrieve his sword! But the imp-looking monsters were persistent. They grunted and yowled, and chucked small rocks from the ground in an attempt to down him like a bird. Gods -- GODS, JUST GIVE HIM A SECOND! // @couragelinked

Frisk gets all excited and says their brother is coming to camp & every camper thinks it’s gonna be another scary looking monster but it’s actually this dorky, blonde teenager who also talks in ASL and is basically a walking di.sney princess with how many animals just like ?? come up to him.

Not going to lie. There’s a certain appeal to “Two guys from the dark ages try and figure out how a lightbulb works”

Though I would also not be opposed to past-time-period interactions also. Since Goliath is originally from 1000 years in the past and isn’t TOO different from the creatures one might run into in a LOZ game. 

Either way, I’m sure we can work something out!

Lupin’s head mirrors Link’s, tilting to look at the taller wolf with curiosity. This guy seemed to be in a pretty chipper mood for a wolf. And he was friends, almost like siblings with Lola? Strange for a wolf to be such a goodie-two-shoes. Mmh, Lupin would try not to let it get to him that much.

“Lola? Talking about me?” That sly smile stretches across Lupin’s muzzle. “Well, I hope she only had good things to say about me. Nice ta’ meet you too, pal.”

Oh. “Hey there, hot stuff.” Jigen smiled, shifting forward to better accommodate his new given role of Jigen-Sized Pillow. He set his magazine down, reaching back with one hand to run his fingers through Link’s hair, taking care to gently rub around his temples.

Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, Jigen stumbled half-awake through the safehouse. He wasn’t normally a heavy sleeper, or struggled to wake up in the mornings, but last night’s heist had dragged into the early morning, and he was beat. Still, the day had to start eventually, and Jigen really needed to splash water against his face.

So he blurry-eyed as he was, Jigen palmed at the rice paper door of the bathroom and pushed it to slide open. The safehouse was Japanese-style, so the bathroom was more of a washroom really. A small sink was pushed aside for a grand looking tiled bathtub, raised a few feet off the ground, complete with a wooden, circular top.

Of course, the circular top was not resting on top of the tub as it had last night, it was open and filled with steaming water. The hot and stuffy temperature in the room made Jigen squint, too tired to register it at the moment. So the man pushed his hat above his eyes, looking to see what was up.

And oh, boy, was he awake now. 

Eyes widened at the man before him. Link was facing him with a shocked yet curious expression, hands halfway through the motion of taking off his towel. Jigen’s wide eyes trailed over the man’s broad chest before shamelessly looking lower, below Link’s hip.

“Uh,” His whole face felt like it was on fire. Jigen swallowed thickly, eyes snapping back up to meet Link’s eyes. “Didn’t realize you were in here.” Though, in his embarrassed state, Jigen couldn’t find it in himself to move. “S - sorry.”
