First, thank you for all the nice comments and b-day wishes for my Dad. The party and jeu de piste went super well and were a lot of fun! As for my Dad, he has been wanting to say he was 80 for 5 years, so now he’s pretty happy he is finally allowed to officially say it ;-) !

Not back yet on Tumblr nor to simming, am just popping in quickly because I wanna try and post at least once per month ^^ So here, for November, ‘oldies’ from 2-3 y. ago, that I don’t think I’ve posted anywhere before…

These are uni buildings from my student-centric French town: Courouiquenne-les-Flots (inspired by la Côte d’Azur in Southeast France) where I also set up my boarding schools. I play (or, well, ‘played’ as it has been a while) the university, using Rachel’s Sims 2 Majors and Zerbu’s Ultimate Career mod. And it was super fun except I remember everyone kept changing their outfits in the middle of class (which, mind you, was actually quite funny :-D) !

Courouiquenne-les-Flots

A sample of the buildings I made for Courouiquenne-les-Flots. The town is a mix of several southern French towns, from la Riviera ou Côte d’Azur  and is home to 2 boarding schools, my French university and quite a number of my family’s simselves ^^

1. La Cité U Pourpre (student housing), like the other university buildings it’s a rather modern build. 2.City Hall (vaguely inspired by Marseille’s ). 3. One of the churches (inspired by St Tropez’s). 4.le Hameau des Mas, a small Hamlet on the edge of the town….

C’est la Rentrée – End of Summer Recess.  

 My two ‘student-centric towns: Sims State University  (inspired by the Sims 2) and Courouiquenne-les-Flots ( a Provence-inspired one). They still need a bit of tweaking but they are both ready to welcome a first batch of students to play-test the different courses! 

L’été est presque fini.
