Started the project of renovating Riverview, lot by lot , without using custom content - except for RH rugs - . I’m also going to be using some free Store items, from time to time. Once done (which should take a while, I’m taking it slow), there should be a save file with all the makeovers, in the meantime here is the latest one.

ROUGHHEWN

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Riverview (Size: 40x40) - Lot Label: Residential

Renovated for a savvy sculptor or one who'd like to dabble in mud ^^ It's supposed to be a modern renovation of an old barn but I kinda got stuck with the old barn look . I'll try to make it more modern for the save file.

There will be Billy Caspian living there in the save File.

CYPRUS VILLA

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Riverview (Size: 60x60) - Lot Label: Nectary

A 60x60 lot with a small house turned into a community lot: a nectary (nectar register, nectar racks, nectar making machines...) and a bistro (RH rug, IP buffet tables)

THE HOMESTEAD

Original main house is based on the painting : American Gothic pain, so went that way too for the makeover. They are not included but there is room for the cows and chickens.

There will be the Joy Family (Norman, Elaine and adding a plethora of pets) living there in the Save File.

Parking lot with food vendor (WA food register), for the Industrial District. Located just behind the Jazz Lounge.

Re-build and makeover of Darrow Meadows on a smaller scale (used to be 60x60) + with a sort of mini-tomb.

Built on patch 1.67 - Originally in Riverview where the Science Center (40x24) used to be BUT built on two 19x24 lots - Lot label = Residential lots

TWO lots, each with three apartements for NCPs + one livable one.

Apart 01 (yellow doors) was furnished with the Lum Family, from the family bin, in mind.

Apart 02 (green doors) is a starter home just below §16,000.

Bonjour,

A quick pic of current state of my edit of Riverview and also to let you know, I’m not sure of the planning going forward. There is some health issue in my family and I’m the primary caretaker so spare time is rather scarce.

There should still be makeovers/let’s build but only in Riverview atm, and I might skip a weekend or two from time to time. Not sure for next weekend for ex., house (a mansion 😅 ) is done but the video is not ready yet and don’t know if I’ll be in the mood to finish editing it in time.

In the meantime here is the latest one about planning the town.

Same makeover as the other houses in the district, removed the animal prints (and skin) added a few games in and outside the house. Dog friendly 🐕
