Harry's been going to Grammy parties the past two years and has never been pictured on a carpet ever. He's in the stories after and stuff but isn't really ever there for like the public pectoral of it if you know what I mean? If he's there then he went in the back and is chillin with Jeff somewhere lol.
exactly lmao it’s just fucking silly 🙈 why do you expect the same from someone who’s actively selling things as someone who’s actively noT right now 🤔
i remember this one time, everyone had to introduce themselves before we could start the course, and I remember telling everyone I lived in woodlands, and this kid was like ‘WOW YOU LIVE IN A FOREST?’ and I was like ‘no. it’s a village?’ and she was like ‘SO YOU DONT HAVE A TREEHOUSE?’ no. I fucking don't. who the fuck do u think I am???? tarzan????????
Omg your last story depressed me! Like seriously, I'm gonna cry in a corner. Can you write a follow up?
Part one here.
“It’s been five hours!” “Amelia, calm down.” “Don’t tell me to calm down, I have a right to not be calm!” Well, a right and a hell lot of hormones. Meredith was, however, only trying to help. “What the fuck is my husband doing?!” She had sent Owen to find out what was happening, but it had been futile, at least until then. “I’m here.” He came in view as if called. His lips fell gently on Amelia’s forehead. “You know I love you, right?” Oh, no, she wasn’t having it. “Stop wasting time. How is she?”
She felt him sigh deeply, felt his chest rise and fall depressingly against her shoulder. “She’s holding on.” He told her. Amelia, however, needed to repeat it to make sure she got it right. “She’s holding on…” “Have you picked a baby name, yet?” Meredith butted in, trying to lighten the mood. Meanwhile, Owen climbed in the small, hospital bed with his wife, as she nuzzled herself closer against him. She needed him. Right now she needed him just so desperately. “I was thinking Lexie.” Amelia whispered. She didn’t need to look to know the whole room had frozen. She knew the name, knew whom it had belonged to. “I know about your sister, Mer. But… You haven’t seen her. She’s just so… Lexie.” Amelia pulled herself away from Owen just a little, to look at her sister. She seemed paralyzed. Not one muscle moved, she didn’t even seemed to be breathing. And the silence was absolutely terrible. By the time Meredith finally answered, Amelia had prepared herself for a tough refusal. “It’s not my name to give away. But if you say it fits her, I trust you.” Amelia was straight out crying. Tears were actually falling from her eyes and she couldn’t quite make them stop. “Owen?” “Yeah?” She tried to look at his face when she asked the question. “Do you like it? Lexie? Is it okay?” Amelia knew the fact that he hadn’t seen his baby girl was killing him, but he made such an effort to keep the pain to himself, it was nothing short of endearing. She was beautiful, and Amelia wished he had seen that. “If you say it fits her. Lexie… Alexandra.” She watched the faintest shadow of a smile on his face, the slight curve of his mouth. Somehow, her fingers found their way to his face, tracing the lines of worry and doubt. He was there, right beneath her touch. This man was truly there. “Alexandra Evelyn Shepherd-Hunt.” She saw his eyes: the love, the hope. The gratefulness. The fact that Evelyn Hunt had died months before still haunted him to a certain degree, which hurt Amelia as well. It hurt every time he wasn’t the happiest he had ever been. “That’s a long name.” Maggie said, before covering her mouth quickly. “Sorry.” “No, it is. But maybe she can be just Lexie Hunt for everyone but us and her birth certificate?” Owen said, looking at his wife with the love of a thousand stars. She was there, she was real. She was his to love.
Her heart was beating out of her chest. “Lexie Hunt. Our Lexie Hunt.” Amelia tested it, as if to make sure it was real. It sounded perfect. That’s when they heard Robbins yell desperate words left and right. Amelia knew, then, that all hell had broken loose.
“What is going on?!” “She crashed. Arizona wanted to tell you guys we got the tumor out, but … Amelia go back to bed!” Edwards was trying to calm the newly mother down. “No! Let me see her.” Of course, she didn’t need permission. She was running through the hospital halls, straight to the OR where she knew Lexie was. She didn’t need to turn around to know Owen was hot on her heels. Amelia stormed in like a hurricane, followed closely by her husband. “Let me help.” “Get them out.” Avery yelled. “You’re not supposed to be here.” Nelson pointed out. “I do brain tumors for a living, let me help.” Amelia tried again. “I do brain tumors for a living as well. Now let me work.” Both parents were thrown out of the OR in the next seconds.
“She’ll be fine.” “Owen, I’m so sorry.” “Shhh, no don’t say that. She’ll be fine. She’s our strong little girl.” They were both crying. With every breath they took, the fear of loosing her was growing. It was terrible, horrible, this sick and twisted turn of fate. No, this wasn’t fate. This was someone out there constantly throwing rocks at them, laughing in their face whenever they got close to happiness. “Hey.” It was Meredith who called them. And she had said the most beautiful words they both had ever heard. She had told them Lexie was alright. And then, both parents cried some more, because their little girl was going to make it. Because she was just so indestructible already. They both got to hold her, this little human that was so fragile and yet had endured so much.
This wasn’t the end, not today. This was a mere beginning.
