I’m no pro... but I guess I kinda am??? I just re-rescheduled 4 weddings with my clients to 2022... I know I can assist you if you have any questions. I think the toughest part is really taking the first step to make the decision. It’s not easy to morn the death of your anticipated wedding date... but once you talk about the bright side of things (you and family members are safe, and if you postpone — you can at least hug them), all the details can figure themselves out. For example... most vendors will probably be able to reschedule with you right now because after all, we are humans. Then major airlines and hotels (even @airbnb) are crediting back travel accommodations so the sooner you decide, the easier it’ll be for guests planning to attend from a far. If they can get their money back, they’ll be able to use it towards your future date! Need to talk? I’m here! How are we here already? Rose + Emilio was our last pre-covid wedding we captured and it just feels unreal to look back! We since captured a handful of covid safe weddings and other sessions but I can say one thing I missed most was seeing happiness in the corner of my eye and jumping to capture guests’ unexpected expressions because everyone was wearing a mask for safety since March.
