Was given this Toast Melt Processed Cheddar Cheese 🧀 block free of charge at NTUC. Sis used it as one of the fillings with diced bakkwa (肉干) for her Bakkwa & Cheese Breads. Unfortunately, the dough didn’t rise much during the proofing so we ended up with edible but still dense breads. Sis said she suspected might be the yeast issue so more tweaking until the next bake.
