my insane candy based clown vampire ocs wait ok hold on i just noticed their colors. why are they so prideful.
basic information:
clowns are vampires. self explanatory - called clowns
all clowns are candy-based (pictured PEEPs, gumballs, gummy bear), clowns are a separate species from humans
clowns are Dangerous; works on 'toon logic'; can do anything as long as its funny (this is bad), these are called Jokes
size can range from extremely large to extremely small, (sorry all clowns pictured here are pretty big just because i forgot about this until i reread my notes 😩); but they can turn into their respective candy :)
clowns have 5 Ages; anyone who is turned into a clown starts at the Second Age, there is only one clown currently who has ever successfully reached the Fifth Age
clowns are categorized by Nature; Candy; and Subspecies, makeup is skin like patterning. their beautiful patterns
speaking of patterns, all of the patterns on their clothes work by chowder rules, not necessarily by the grain but superimposed on top
clowns typically lay eggs (they look like balloons), but on rare occasions or in desperate times, they may decide to Turn a human. this has a high chance of failure and has the possibility of completely destroying the area the Turning happens in as well as the clown depending on Age; not worth it unless said clown already has a fully-fledged Circus (that hasnt been destroyed); clown eggs are DELICIOUS, a delicacy.
circuses are clown settlements that usually include something of a human-farm; the more clowns it has the more dangerous it is, better to nip it in the bud - there are very few places where both humans and clowns live together in peace, but its not unheard of
clown paraphernalia is banned almost eeeeeverywhere, since Clown Candy looks like That its just easier to ban it altogether. so many horror clown movies its not even funny.
