Ok this was a really adorble way to use art to make people feel safer in a tunnel in flemmingsberg, Huddinge

They put pics of cows into the tunnel, so people internal feeling of the tunnel not being scary, would improve

the source explains this as an attempt to make people feel less "afraid of the dark" in the tunnel. It points out their no statics which says that this tunnel would be a location one is in a extra high risque to be robbed or similiar. But still people in the area rapport they feel unsafe in this tunnel.

But, they propose, because the tunnel is difficult to see in after sunset many peoples rapport of it being "unsafe" is more based on the humans brain ability to imagne dangers when we cant see everything. Well a partial explaintation anyway. Basically, they propose: even adults are often irrationally afraid of the dark

So! They put up pics of cows in the tunnel! Cow pics which lamps behind them, so they Light up the tunnel! Awesome choice!
