Some random notes.

So there may be two new skeles added. I’m not 100% sure yet. I don’t want to mess with a culture I don’t know well and screw something up. But if I do, what do we think of the names Reef (Sans) and Coral (Papyrus)? Also, my first instinct was Polynesia, but I’m open to any “tropical” cultures, if anyone has thoughts.

Random fun fact, every time I get an ask I copy/paste it to a word doc, and that’s where I type the answer first. This is for three main reasons. First, I hate trying to format asks in the ask box on PC. Awful. Second, so I can easily reference it while working on the answer. And third, for the off chance tumblr (or my own error) deletes the ask. That way I can still answer it anyway. I also screen cap so I can tag whoever sent it.

And last for the day, there’s an idea (ok several but the others aren’t the point right now) for a fic that I had. And in bouncing it off someone (hi @novetteus!) we were talking about the MC. It would be the first time I’d be writing an original skeleton MC. I mentioned that I loved the idea of filigree, and was asked if I meant just the pattern or the actual metalwork. I had meant just the idea of pretty swirls carved into MC’s bones, but the idea of filling them in with gold or silver also sounded super pretty. But then through other points I will not reveal just yet, the idea of that rainbow metal popped up.
