What a beautiful morning 6:30 am another stile on the track to Pattinson Pond very quiet at this time only a few ducks and a family of Coots nice and peaceful thankfully. After circling the pond it's back down to the river. While sketching this I was bitten on my wrist by a Horse Fly. Now, hand and arm up to elbow is swollen and bright red, painful and itchy. I've obtained some tablets from the Chemist. Hope they work!
