Cozy Inspiration {Headcanons} Hawks x Reader: What happens when you work at Hawk’s agency?

Working for Hawks (In a non-secret relationship):
It’s a no brainer that Hawks is a very casual person who just does what he feels like and that also applies to the way he treats you around his agency.
A regular occurrence: You’re just sitting down, minding your own business while getting some work done then all of a sudden one of Hawks’s sidekicks approach you to tell you that Hawks has called for you. You’re a bit nervous, wondering if you were going to be reprimanded for something, and as you walked to his office you can’t help but to think back on all of the past things you’ve done. You knock once you get there and after you hear the words “Come in.” You open the door, eyes a bit towards the ground, still wondering why you were there. “You needed me?” you ask as you approach Hawks’s desk. “Yeah, come over here,” he says, making a motion for you to come closer to him. You raise an eyebrow before walking around his desk to meet him, and the second you make it there, Hawks reaches out and pulls you into his lap. He then starts to stroke at your hair, kissing at the back of your neck. “I haven’t seen you all day~,” he purrs, pressing himself more into you. You can’t help but to think that you should have known this was going to happen.
Unless matters are incredibly serious, Hawks is not beyond calling you informally or by pet names.
He also has no problem with engaging in PDA. Half because he’s pretty much claiming you in front of everyone, and the other half is just because of how he likes being affectionate towards you.
You could just be chatting with a group of coworkers, and he’ll just casually pull you close to him or put an arm around you. A few times, he might even try to cup your ass when no one’s looking, but if you hit his hand away, he will stop soon enough.
If you don’t like engaging in PDA, then Hawks will respect your wishes and not touch you, however, that won’t stop him from giving you suggestive looks throughout the day.
If you get scouted or options from other agencies to join up with them, Hawks will probably get a bit territorial with you, but only show it via making remarks about the agency like “Well, that’s definitely a step down” or “Did you hear about their sexual harassment case?” (Ignoring the fact that he basically sexually harasses you every day.) He usually isn’t so rude, but it’s brought about via jealousy, and he has a joking tone as he says those things.
If you are a sidekick, every now and then Hawks will go out walking for patrol instead of flying, so that he can spend some time with you, “Oh, that’s a nice restaurant.” As he says that, you know exactly what’s going to happen, and it’s further confirmed when you walk in and find out he actually has a reservation there.
Hawks doesn’t give you special treatment, but with the way he’s so informal and relaxed towards his workers, if he did then you wouldn’t really notice it.
If you are a sidekick, he does, however, try to not let you in on any missions that he finds particularly dangerous. Not because he doesn’t think you’re capable, but just because of his protective tendencies leaking out. If you want to do the mission, you’re going to do the mission, though.
He is series with you when he needs to be, but most of the time there’s no reason for such thing. So, you get to endure every little thing he wants to do or say to you.
The other workers seem to like you, however, and how you make Hawks happy, because that just means their jobs are easier.
