This Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast is incredibly flavorful and tender. It's a perfect dish for busy weeknights or cozy weekends. The combination of ranch seasoning, au jus gravy mix, and tangy pepperoncini peppers creates a deliciously unique flavor profile.
Ingredients: 3 lb chuck roast. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix. 1 packet au jus gravy mix. 8 pepperoncini peppers. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Put the chuck roast in the Instant Pot. Cover the roast with au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix. Sprinkle pepperoncini and butter on top. Put water around the roast. Lock the Instant Pot's lid and set it to High Pressure Manual for an hour. After cooking, let the pressure go down naturally for 10 minutes. Then, release any pressure that is still there by hand. Use two forks to shred the beef, and serve it with the juices.
