this major character defining moment when your mostly pacifist and, well, not very brave character goes on to investigate the source of the radiation and stumbles into a RADIOACTIVE VAULT FULL OF FERAL GHOULS and then can't just leave because there are people trapped in here so she slowly makes her way through while getting poisoned by radiation and running out of bullets and anti-radiation chems not to mention suffering from hunger and sleep deprivation and when after spending HOURS in this fucking vault and finally freeing those people she finally makes it to the surface there is A PACK OF GOLDEN GECKOS AT THE EXIT and one bite from these creatures leaves her nearly dead and with a crippled leg and breaks her gun so she tries to crawl away but then they start attacking her companions so she gets up AND FUCKING FIGHTS THEM OFF WITH HER BARE FISTS despite having like 13 in unarmed

...I don't think anything can scare her after that

so i went with not killing Benny because it kinda makes things more interesting

and more in-character for my courier, i guess (although if it was an option she would just steal all his stuff and run away)

killing him outright always felt unsatisfying as fuck even if the bastard deserved it

it's kinda funny how exile never gets to do anything even remotely close to flirting with people

but then she can ask questions like that

Oh hey

Now I remember why I loved Mask of the Betrayer so much

Because it had KAELYN. THE MOTHERFUCKING. DOVE. I don't really remember much about her except that she was an actually well-written good-aligned character with a strong moral stance and her story was pretty sad. I need to refresh my memories about her, because she was really something special.

Also, DAT VOICE.

Btw, just as femRevan is forever and ever voiced in my head by Claudia Black, Exile now has Kaelyn's voice, because it fits just perfectly (and come to think of it, they actually have a lot in common)
