Decided to make some vegan tacos tonight so I picked some Beyond Meat Beef Crumbles with Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds. Chopped up some Red Onions, Green Peppers, Cilantro, Grape Tomatoes & Scallions on a few Whole Wheat Pitas. Forgot to Chop A Hass Avocado So I’ll Be Doing That For My Last Pita Ensemble. Most Definitely A Quick And Easy Dinner For The Plant-Based Lover In You.
