Does Meau need any sort of outside help to give birth to a baby? Obviously not a mate, as you've said. But anything like TC's flower? Or does she literally just go "Yup let's do this" and poof! Pregnant!

Anywho! Onto the actual question, the answer is that second thing! Meau can just become pregnant at will. I’ve explained the exact details else where, but the basics is done similarly through Binary fission! In Meau’s case, they can use parts of their active DNA, aka what makes up them, and their dormant DNA, aka what they used to create other Pokémon to pop out a kit! Only issue is it’s very, very draining ;>
