Can you talk more about how poly life works for you. There aren't enough happy stories about poly life.

YO HEY DEFINITELY!!!

well, i have a primary partner, though it seems kinda silly to call her that but that’s what she is. we’ve only been technically dating for 3 months (today actually!) but we dated in the past and long story short we’ve been in love with each other for four years. currently we’re long distance (i’m in arizona and she’s in california), but we’ll be moving in together in late may. 

i just started dating this guy from some of my classes, who is also in a long distance poly relationship! one of his girlfriends lives two hours away in phoenix, and their other girlfriend is in norway for the year travelling. we both were getting kind of antsy about distance and wanting affection, and we both really liked each other and we’re both poly so it worked out really well!! 

we get to cuddle and kiss and sleep over all the time, and our girlfriends think that we’re cute as shit. really soon we’re all gonna be in phoenix and go out on this cute double poly date and probably have some cute big huge love pile or something. 

but all of us are very happy and supportive and we all communicate really well what our wants and needs are for our different threads of relationships! it’s wonderful and supportive and i couldn’t ask for anything more (except to be in an apt with my girlfriend already)!

1 - I’m currently in my fourth season actually! I did winter season my senior year of high school, I did 2 seasons of university level colorguard, and I’m in an independent National A group right now.

25 - my favorite costume is our current university uniform. they’re gorgeous blue tunics with a gold trim down the diagonal, they’re very flattering on everyone and I love them.

46 - Despite that everyone who helped me get into guard has inspired me, the performer that inspires me the most is probably a friend I started spinning with, @ilessthan3crona. He started the marching season before me, has gone on to do drum corps, university level guard and winterguard, and now he’s on Fenix World and teaching guard at our old school. So proud of him, his accomplishments, and how happy guard makes him - it really shows how passionate he is. I really hope to get to his level one day with enough practice and perseverance.

47 - ugh, wind. I spin in wind in Flagstaff all the time anyway.

i’m really sorry this took so long ahhh. i’m so happy someone wanted a request and i just refused to post it earlier saying it would take me a while because i was so determined to do this.

she wasn’t sure when exactly she changed.

but she knows that she has. that she has let him become so much of her life that she is enveloped in it, simply. he is her life, he is her love, he is her everything. and she is fine with that.

“what are you talking about?” she questions, as she watches from the doorway with a forlorn expression. “what do you mean?”

he pops another pill, dry. vicodin, she guesses.

“i mean exactly what i said, hinata,” he grunts, pulling a few worn pairs of jeans into a backpack. “i just. i can’t do this anymore.”

part of her is telling her this isn’t really happening. but the way her heart is wrenching out of her chest and her stomach drops tells her this is all too real. she watches silently as he packs. he looks up at her, as if he is expecting something. she crosses the small room with smooth strides and kisses him.

to her, it is everything she needs. he is her home, he is sunshine and happiness and everything that is good in this life. she melts into his arms but he jerks away with a harsh shove.

“no, don’t do that,” he says. “you’re just. who are you?”

“naruto,” she whispers. “don’t. please.”

she watches him leave their apartment. she curls up by the window to watch him walk toward main street. she is soundless as she cries, and she feels empty.

this space is filled with memories of them, pictures and tears in the sofa and stains in the carpet and hardwood. there’s a hole in a wall from when he had to fight one of his dealers. theres a ring on the floor from when they filled the bathtub too much and it overflowed when they got in.

there is nothing in this house that is hers alone. in her mind, everything is theirs. for her, it has always been them. their life together, their apartment, their love, their memories.

i’m in love with you, she thinks to herself.

UMMM none that have been for sure diagnosed. I might have PMDD (taking that up with my therapist soon) and I have some issues with my back. Might be sciatic nerve or a slipped disk or something. I’m at risk for a BUNCH of things like bipolar disorder and diabetes and high cholesterol and stuff but have nothing thats been diagnosed or anything.

first of all i put a shitton of makeup on my face (if youre interested in what i use i can tell you that too) then i use this app called B612 Selfie (its for iphone for sure, not sure about android or windows phones) and I have a really nice natural light from my dorm.

I also angle it so that it catches on the shape of my cheekbones and i usually dont smile or if i do i have a weird smirk thing because the apples of my cheeks are so big and i dont want to draw attention to that (aka i look like a chubby 12 year old when i smile)
