I bought the first one of that the other day. I haven’t even read any Bendis but just from you I kinda am like ‘eh Bendis’ look what you’ve done to me.
ONLY GOOD THINGS. GotG v3 has been a very EH book, tbh. Even distancing myself from my kneejerk reaction to dislike it. There's no emotional beats, no substance. It's all flash, all LOOK AT THIS LOOK AT ME LOOK AT THIS ISN'T THIS SHINY. Which is so far removed from v2 which is excitement and shenanigans, yes, but with so much heart and humor.
BUT TBH bendis himself has some decent opinions on matters that i admire and has written things (Powers) that are decent comics (also Ultimate Spider-man) so don't let my distaste put you off from reading everything and anything he's done.
