The way to alleviate it is whore pills (as the far right call it) Birth control pills, in the right dosage, can lessen both your flow and your symptoms. Don’t let anyone tell you it isn’t medicine just because it is for women. We are human too.
I use to never have this problem and it only started once I stop taking birth control actually. I’ve been meaning to go to the doctors and ask them if I could start taking birth control again to help out my periods.
