Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it. Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat. Take the butter off the heat and mix in the sugar until everything is well mixed. One egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Do not mix too much. Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. Heat the oven to 350F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with moist crumbs on it instead of wet batter. Let the brownies cool all the way in the pan before you cut them into squares.
