This happened after they made up for good (inc. the link to a older HC post of how it could have happened at the end). Pixy moved in with Cipher after the war as Pixy's place was behind enemy lines, only to find that Cipher has only enough stuff to fit a suitcase. So it's off to IKEA. Pixy has class. There's no way he is going to initiate make up sex on an inflatable mattress.
