#Repost @southernbrewreviews ・・・ VERY FIRST OTHER HALF 🚨 ALERT 🚨 !!!!! Thanks to my friends over at @thefirfarm I get to try Morir Soñando by Other Half Brewing Co. ABV 8%!!!! (Idk if you can tell how truly excited I am, but I’m seriously PUMPED) . Other Half has honestly been on my want-to-try list of breweries for some time now. My mouth waters every time I read a detailed post about their unique and interestingly delicious sounding brews. (I mean, I’ve never wanted broccoli so bad in my life) Well, today I found out firsthand the quality and all I can say is . 👏🏼OH. 👏🏼MY. 👏🏼GOODNESS. The flavor that’s packed in this pint is absolutely outrageous. I swear I checked for fresh orange rind hanging out, nope. 🤷🏻♀️ The creaminess, the flavor, the smell... Holy oats, it’s truly amazing. (If you were to close your eyes while drinking this, you’d think you were sipping on a melted creamsicle that’s been blended with fresh squeezed oranges. The booze is hidden SO well for an imperial. TOO well. 🤔 You could probably get away with serving this at a church ice cream social, the booze is THAT well-hidden... Not that I would ever recommend doing that 👀 publicly... 😉 jk) Delish! 🍻 . . Am I a juicy-beer girl? Nah. I’m searching for mostly hops & malts these days. I honestly wouldn’t have picked this for myself (Set me down with a DIPA or TIPA that’ll put hair on your chest and I’m a happy camper) but I can 💯 appreciate when a brewery nails a vision, and this beer is EXACTLY as advertised: an orange, creamy, smooth, sweet, beautifully blended crusher. 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼 Anywho.
