Eye of God and Sleep Sigils 🕷God’s Eye and Sleep Sigils 🕷Hey y'all, this is my first personal spell I’m sharing. I have terrible nightmares and insomnia, and have been making these and they help wonderfully. 🕷You will need: -2 wooden dowels, I get mine at Michael’s for 50¢ a piece. - A few different colors of yarn. Make sure to use colors that represent calmness and rest for you. I use baby blues and pinks and whites, you can use whatever colors you would like. I suggest at least 4. -Paper and tape -4 sleeping sigils 🕷First, create your sigils or use ones that work great for you. I tend to write mine that where given to me from a fellow witch, or that I find on tumblr that work for me. I write them in 1 inch squares in pen, then tape one each one each end of the dowels (so each dowel will have two sigils) 🕷Begin making the Gods Eye. If you dont know how, this tutorial *https://www.google.com/amp/m.wikihow.com/Make-an-Eye-of-God%3famp=1 * is pretty great. 🕷I tend to light either lavender incense or a lavender candle while I wrap the Gods Eye, and will speak to myself every so often ‘Restful sleep, pure and sweet, and strong as the blue sea, as I will it mote it be’ 🕷When you’re all done, you can hang Bells or feathers on it if you wish, and hang over your bed!
