Favorite Cramp Relief Ever
OK BITCHES, LISTEN UP. THIS MIGHT NOT WORK FOR YOU BUT I DISCOVERED IT THIS MORNING AND IT’S THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME
Please note, this won’t completely kill period cramp pain, but it helps a lot. I still had to pop a lot of ibuprofen but I felt a lot better while doing it than I have in a long time.
STEP 1
Get yourself one of these motherfuckers.
They’re called “The Comfy” but honestly, whatever really big sweater with a front pocket will do the trick. The cozier/thicker the better. These things are like being wrapped in the cottony bliss of a baby cherub’s down feathers. I’m not sure how much they cost, as I got mine from a friend, but again. Any oversized sweater will work, as long as it’s bigger than usual. The goal is to have the front pocket right in on your cramps.
STEP 2
Get yourself a motherfucking cotton pillowcase.
Or really any pillowcase that can be put in the microwave. Make sure this is one you’re not gonna use again because it has a new life now. A better purpose.
Now pour some motherfucking dry rice into that pillowcase.
Really, how much you put in it is up to you, but the most important thing is that when you tie off the pillowcase with the dry rice, it can NOT be too big to put inside the hoodie pocket!!! I cannot stress this enough. We’re talking like 1/5-1/4 of the pillowcase at max.
Tie it off.
STEP 3
Nuke that motherfucker.
I’m talking three minutes in the microwave, or however hot you can stand it. Be careful as it will really burn your fingers if it’s too hot, but you won’t be directly touching it with your skin for very long.
STEP 4
Motherfucking bliss.
Put the hot rice bag in the front pocket of the jacket. Boom. It’ll take a bit for the heat to seep through the sweater, but once it does you’ll experience Nirvana.
It will keep the heat from burning your skin directly, and it holds the bag right on your stomach, so you can still move around the house with your hands free.
Pull your legs up, get yourself something hot to drink, put on your favorite show, and pop some ibuprofen.
You’re welcome, sisters. Stay strong and ily!!!!!

There is nothing more exciting for a teenager than a high school homecoming football game. Whether you are in the stands, cheering on the sidelines or playing the field, the anticipation seems unbearable.
For many towns in the United States, football is not considered just another high school sport, it is a triumphant venture in which a given school can lead a team to victory; underlining star…

A batch of the menstrual cramp relief tea I made for a friend. This particular batch has cramp bark, white willow bark, skullcap, black cohosh, nettle leaf, wood betony, peppermint, lemonbalm, chamomile, and ginger. I'm hoping to make another batch that will also include kava kava, passionflower, or raspberry leaf! **Some of these ingredients should not be taken if you are pregnant, breast feeding, using birth control, hormone treatment, or if you're using any other medication or treatment for vaginal-health related issues. Always check if any herbs interact with any medication (including psychiatric medication) beforehand.
Say hello to my new best friend... My first hot water bottle.
