This image is mostly just depicting the cranial positioning here from anterior tilt to neutral, but there’s full spinal implications. I remember hearing Dr. Andrew Huberman speak about eyes Up is parasympathetic, but makes me wonder here. Especially considering our need for sympathetic nervous system to focus. When I position my body into this version of eyes up, there’s lots of stuff that happens.
