warm up: mile run on the treadmill...dreadmill...you suck the life out of me stupid peace of crapmill...I digress
Row 1000m concentrating on form. 1:55 splits
10 assisted pull ups...on the 11 assist
double unders practice...about 1/2 hour PR: 25!!!! That is the most I've ever done in my life!
stretch with my lax ball and foam roller...it's a love hate relationship really
