keigo x aaron/golden hour | bartender AU: who’s the hard working bartender? who’s the regular who’s had a string of bad luck? give one headcanon about you and your f/o’s relationship in this AU! I had so much fun thinking about this one hehehe. In this AU Keigo is the head evening bartender at a new bar that opened up near my office - coffee bar by day, martini bar by night. I camp out there on remote work days and drink drip coffee and sit in meetings and bang my head against the table until I can finally go home (right at 5:00 mind you). Usually I don't stick around for the staff/menu change at night, but on a particularly busy work week I hunker down to work late at the bar and find myself being pestered by a flirty Keigo asking me what I do for work, why he's never seen me around, what my drink of choice is, you get the idea. In an attempt to get him to leave me alone, I tell him I'm on the hunt for the best espresso martini in town and to give it a go. He winds up taking it crazy seriously, bringing me a carefully crafted drink, watching my facial expressions when I take a sip, telling me he's taking notes so he can improve it for me.
He looks so earnest, like he wants to impress me, so I can't help but tease him about the drink, giving it a 5 out of 10, enjoying the little smirk he gives me when I do. He tells me to come back the next time he works, so he can give it another go.
I find myself 'working late' a lot more often, sitting in my spot at the bar, sometimes not even flipping my laptop on, chatting until close with the cute bartender who brings me a slightly different, slightly better espresso martini each time I see him.
It takes him about a month to ask me out on a real date, and it's only then that I tell him I liked the drinks he made all along - I just wanted an excuse to keep coming see him. :3

In this AU Touya is the vampire (I mean, come on, look at him), and I am a headstrong but generally unexperienced hunter searching for the vampire who killed my father (whose vampire slayer legacy I've been charged with continuing).
After consulting my dads old notes and journals, I show up to Touya's castle vowing revenge, not made that my dad has been struck down, more mad that someone got to the bastard before I could.
I imagine us in this AU having a souls bond red strings of fate Nosferatu thing going on- Touya laying claim on me before I knew him, sent on a goose chase by my dead father that ends in abandoning duty for a being I've been taught my whole life to hate.... swoons.....
