Me when I forget to include the accusative form conjugation and the meaning of my sentence has shifted from "I eat the apple cake" to "the apple cake eats ME"

When when I forget how to spell die Verschlimmbesserung or die Torschlusspanik or die Erklärungsnot or Wortschatzerweiterung or Rindfleischetikettierungsuberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz before an exam

Those first four are legitimately vocabulary words I'm expected to know
