This vegan banana ice cream tastes just like cake batter, but you won't feel bad about it. This frozen treat is creamy, sweet, and full of banana flavor. It's perfect for when you're craving dessert.
Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen. 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk. 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup vegan cake mix vanilla or yellow cake mix.
Instructions: Put the frozen banana slices, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and blend or process them together. To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. After you add the vegan cake mix, blend it in again until it's all mixed in. Taste it, and if you think it needs more sweetness, add more maple syrup. Put the mixture in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Put the ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy once it's frozen.
