Early lockdown-complaining that none of my classes were on zoom (they were all prerecorded lectures and I was in hell) and not sleeping at night, later lockdown-tbh just vibing at home with the dog my parents got the weekend before they both started working from home

99. How did you celebrate your birthday this year?

I made my cake the night before and then got up early-ish and had cake for breakfast, paid $22 for a tank of gas, took myself out to lunch (in a drive-thru, it was April), cooked dinner and ate outside on the deck, FaceTimed some friends and stuck a candle in one square inch of birthday cake because they weren’t ready to sing happy birthday before I started eating it, my roommates got me beer and a candle for a gift, honestly not a bad day (however I Would like a refund on my Taylor Swift year)
