1. what was the first thing you noticed/listened for when listening to breach? (melody, drums, harmonies, other instruments, etc.)

definitely all tyler's screams! that is always first thing i'm looking for in their songs, even when it's just a quiet scream in the background, i will ALWAYS notice, hands down definitely my favourite part of every top song ever!!! then probably the rap parts and all those insane things tyler is doing with his voice, aghhhhhhhh he's so good isn't he, his vocals are on a totally different level on breach, i can't even-

6. which song stood out to you the most based on lyrics alone?

i think probably downstairs? everything about this song is fucking perfect and the lyrics are absolutely incredible. also drag path, i think we can include this one too, i immediately started crying and i still can't get through the song without tearing up, so...

no because i think about edwin escaping hell a lot more than i should, and i'm listening to coraline exploration right now (mood writer) and now im like??? why does that scene perfectly replicate how i image edwin planning on getting outta hell??????

no i mean really, coraline is logging things in a book and taking the little doll along with her. with edwin it's him literally going through something way more gruesome but the parallel still stands, i imagine that in hell there's gotta be some actual interesting places, and i'm not saying "interesting" to be morbid, i'm saying "interesting" because i think that hell might want to build a sense of mystery and yearning or maybe even just using interesting places as a nearly horrifying thing for someone (like someone who really hates museums or something) and i'm like "huh... maybe thats a place where edwin could've found his notebook" GOLLY I GYATTA SHUT UP THIS IS GOOD STUFF

anywaysssss i'm just like "hmm... very silent and some horrific version of edwin exploring hell......." that's where my mind is at!!!!!
