Back to basics #mealprep. When you have one less thing to think about during a busy week, it makes life a little easier. For me that's having meals ready to eat especially since I've stopped having meat (except fish) and dairy. Not having meals ready makes it too easy to eat crappy food or skip meals, which I've done often enough.
