My Happiness Project - finding the beauty and happiness in everyday for the next #100days. 😄✨💫🔆 Day #1 - I'm LOVING my body and celebrating all its #thickness. Each perceived imperfection however it's come about are mine and I'm OWNING them all. Letting go of what I used to weigh a year ago and how lean I think I should be. Right now I'm strong as mofo and not just with the weights 💥 I can do pullups, push-ups, dips and am working on handstands. I've grown enough boobs to fit nicely into a sexy bra 😉. I've got big muscular arms that look good in a tank or a t-shirt 💪🏾. My legs are thick, muscled with a touch of cellulite and attached to a perky ass that's my own🍑. I'm fit (and am working on getting fitter) and my core is the strongest it's been without visible abs. Back to basics #mealprep. When you have one less thing to think about during a busy week, it makes life a little easier. For me that's having meals ready to eat especially since I've stopped having meat (except fish) and dairy. Not having meals ready makes it too easy to eat crappy food or skip meals, which I've done often enough. Today records fell!! The 2 hardest lifts for me are the Snatch and Overhead squats. As easy as they felt to be true PR's, I've never had the confidence to attempt above a certain weight until the last 3 weeks. #FreshFoodFriday brings this unusual delight - for me a 1st but definitely not the last - Moringa Seed Green Smoothie. I swear it tastes like my grandmother's #plantainporridge 😋😋🍵🍵 which is odd considering there is no plantain in it. Pumkin seed + sunflower seed + banana + spinach + coconut water & milk + moringa powder. Tastiness Tun Up!

What to do when a bag of kale looks like its about to go? Wash and dump in a blender with the frozen fruit you forgot you had, add some water and boom - healthy goodness to brighten up your day 😀 In this is: 🍃 3 cups of local kale 🍃 2 cups water (or fresh coconut water) 🍃 1 cup frozen apricot Blend kale and water until kale until smooth. Add frozen fruit and continue blending until combined. Sprinkle chia seeds and dig in with a spoon. I like local kale because its sweeter and I get to support #localfarmers = #win. Easy Dairy Free Porridge Serves 1 1 banana 1 cup coconut milk 1 tsp coconut flour 1/4 cup seed mix Dash of cinnamon In a bullet, blend banana, milk and flour until smooth. Pour in a bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds or heat on low on stove top (I haven't done it this way so keep an eye on it to prevent it from burning). Top with seed mix and sprinkle of cinnamon. Boom!
