#NEWPOST: This Is How Else You Could Lose Her [part 4]
[Proceeds from Part 3] Students who are still wet behind the ears tend to think that policies and good looks win campus elections. They do not. Money wins campus elections and Ronald had the most of it. You thought you could do it, you know, run against an opponent who has as much chums as Mother Theresa had compassion. But now as you lie down on Pat’s bed, staring at her slouched back on the…

BYGONE
Look at me. Can you not see me?
Look at me. Can you not feel me?
Tonight I let a loud sigh of bitterness that withers me inside.
I tried — not to look at you, not to talk to you, — not to forget you.
Now I think I am lost (without you).
I do not want to see you happy as we part.
I know you do not love me and everything will go dark.
Please carry the burden off of me —
A gesture you once did to set me free.
Memories — do we have any?
If none, then why is it so hard for me to erase our memory?
I am clueless, my world’s abyss.
I want you to bring back the feeling of bliss.
I cannot tell why we broke up. Maybe it’s me. Maybe it’s us.
I still do not want to end this phase we once called ‘love’.
How far can I go without looking back at you?
Shall I wait to get hurt the way I liked to?
Pull me closer.
Let me go.

Doing a fill in session this afternoon for a 5 year old girl. I’m screwed. My toy bag consists of cars and planes. I hope that she’s a tomboy. Wish me luck haha.
Part Two of my Crazy Monday!
Recap: A rabbit decided that jumping over our six foot fence to make a dent in the pine tags for a den where the dogs hang out was a good idea. Murphy, followed his hunting instincts, since he is a golden. He felt horrible about it, and im sure he didnt know about the babies at first. He brought us one of the babies, completely unharmed, as a way to make things right. My parents found the other soon after.
So, here we are with two baby bunnies. I found this awesome website and was able to build a little burrow for them. I took a plastic shoebox bin and laid down a towel. Then, I took a sock and filled it a good bit with rice, then cooked it for forty-five seconds like the website said. You put that under the towel so that they can have warmth. It also seems to simulate a mom, it’s soft, warm, and they can burrow into it.
While I found all this out and created it, my mom held the sisters (They turned out to be girls) in her hands. She had gloves on, for just in case. The two seemed very happy together, and snuggled up. When we put them in their temporary den, they were separated for a second, and they did not like that. The one tried to jump towards their sister, which didn’t work too well since they can’t see yet. We were able to get them both in without any incident, and they quickly calmed down and snuggled up together against the rice sock.
I called so many different places. The first one I called was actually the group that had the really good website, turned out they weren’t too far from me. I ended up taking them to that group (Second person I found, first was a bitch and not suitable to take care of my baby bunnies let alone any form of life)). The woman who helps run the website rehabilitates animals with her husband, both licensed by my state. She was so incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the bunnies. She told us they were week old baby girls. I feel a lot better knowing they are with an expert who will love them and take care of them how they should be. Even if I could legally take care of them, they have much better chances with her. She even made sure I was ok with giving them to her, and told me I can text her when I want to check up on them. I’m making myself hold off for a week before checking on them. I’m going to post the picture next! :)
Also, Murphy and I are fine. It took me a little bit to get over it, and I don’t think he is over it yet, but we have gone back to normal. It must be confusing for him, since he is praised for killing opossums. They sneak into our yard and try and attack them sometimes. They are nasty and vicious, but my parents usually save them and throw them over the fence with a net. I know none of this was his fault, and this just proves we have a very strong unconditional love.
Ps. We had an awesome road trip to this woman's house, two to three hours away. On the way back we got snacks, listened to music, and saw a beautiful red-orange moon that seemed to grow as you drove towards it.
